I have a 3-piece slider with a very wide, interior screen door held together by string; not surprisingly, it kept failing. It sounded very cool when I ordered it, but it soon proved to be not so great. Called Ryan (who got back to me right away). He came over within a day or two of my call, and we consulted on the correct solution; he even came out a second time when I had more questions, and this was before I placed the order! He couldn't have been nicer or more professional and, importantly, he didn't try to sell me more screen/technology than I really needed. Ryan installed a simple screen door that rolls beautifully and works like a charm. (Other firms tried to sell me spring-loaded screen doors that I didn't like and seemed prone to breaking.) Couldn't be happier with the service, the price and Ryan's great attitude. Recommending to all my friends.

After calling 3 other companies who refused to do anything about our sliding glass door, we found Sliding Door Solutions. The day after I spoke with Ryan, he showed up on time and promptly diagnosed our problem. There was a kink in the track and the rollers were damaged so the track needed to be replaced. Ryan thoroughly explained the problem and gave us an estimate that we found reasonable. Ryan told us he would phone as soon as the track became available and he did, scheduling a date and time for the work to be done. On that day, he called up just prior to arrival. He was on time. The repairs were done in about a couple of hours. The work was clean and solved our problem. Altogether an excellent experience. Ryan's professionalism is highly commendable and it is rare to find a service like his that gets things done thoroughly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Sliding Door Solutions.

Called Ryan and explained that my glass slider door was off of my track. He allowed me to send him a picture and called me back. We then scheduled an appointment two days later which is pretty fast. Ryan came to my house a couple days later with all tools and supplies ready and fixed my door within the hour. Note that I called 6 other places and they were trying to charge me over $700 to fix a track and Ryan did this at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend him to fix tracks on heavy glass sliders. I also received a 1-year warranty with this and my slider door now feels light as can be.

Ryan provides excellent service. Does exactly what he says he will do in a timely and tidy way. Will use again and highly recommend.

Sliding Door Solutions were a real answer for us. Our large arcadia sliding doors were almost impossible to open (in fact there was one that I couldn't open -- my husband had to do it and I am no wimp!) and Ryan assured us that we could open them with one finger when they were repaired as he was so right. We have older heavy glass sliders, and had a broken roller. Called ACME first for repair. It was my understanding the appointment was to repair the doors. Owner showed up alone, perturbed, put out, and clearly didn't want the job. He said oh no, I'm just here to give an estimate. Claimed to be slammed, and gave a quote reflecting the fact he didn't really want the business. I called Sliding Door Solutions,the next day, and received a prompt appointment for the same day. Jeff showed up, prepared to fix the doors. He had his own tool that he created to re-tool wheels to install in cassettes that were out of stock. He was pleasant, and quite competent. Word to the wise, many of the companies in the valley are related and the prices won't fluctuate much. Call Sliding Door Solutions first. ,

Ryan was pretty quick at getting back to me & even though the job was small, he didn't turn it away... He came out at the appointment time, determined that the part i needed would need to be ordered. He didn't want to try a standard part that wasn't the same depth as the original. So, he ordered the part & scheduled the repair appointment when the part came in. Didn't get price gouged for the name brand part either! Thanks Ryan!

Ryan did a great job replacing our screen door. It is wonderful now, slides soo much easier. He is very professional in his work. He shows up at the time he said he would. He calls to tell you he's on his way. He also does windows and other things. I highly recommend him.

Our 30 yr old sliding door was anything but 'sliding'. We literally had to drag it to open and close it. Called Ryan and he took a look .. turns out we needed to replace both the track and the rollers. Ryan ordered the necessary part and a couple of days later he and his helper spend 3 hours replacing everything. Hallelujah! We can now use the door without being an Olympic weightlifter.... job was done efficiently and correctly. I would highly recommend Ryan ... he did a great job.

I've just spent 5 minutes doing nothing but opening and closing my sliding door...with one hand. I really can't believe it. It took Ryan about 1/2 an hour to perform this little miracle. This is a 20 year old door that darn near required a fullback to open and it's like new again. And now it has fancy shmancy SEALED bearings so our beloved desert sand shouldn't be able to infiltrate and gum up the works again. Ryan also replaced three window screens so now we're good to go. Great job Ryan! We just have to remember to open the door GENTLY now lol.

We just purchased a large house in Palm Springs with LOTS of windows and sliding doors. Ryan and his crew were great...we contacted Sliding Door Solutions and they were right on time, gave us a quote, told us exactly what was wrong with our sliding doors, and within a week, we were in heaven. The doors are all sliding better than brand new. A few weeks later, we noticed we had a seal broken in one of our sliding doors...they came out, assessed the issue, provided a quote and replaced the door within the week. I got two quotes. The first company came out and acted as if he really didn't care if he got the business or not. (employee of large company). Then Ryan came out and I could tell right away he wanted my business and he would do a great job. Ryan's quote came in below the other guy and that settled the deal for me. I needed a sliding glass door repaired and two new screens. The slider was fixed within an hour and the screens were ordered same day and promised by Friday. Awesome, again.
Just as promised, the new screens were installed on Friday. He also took the old screens so that I didn't have to dispose of them. SWEEEET.

Had two doors one not working at all. Ryan arrived on time as promised. He did excellent work and cleaned up perfect.

I called Sliding Door Solutions to see if I could get someone out to fix my screen doors and my big sliding glass door. Ryan called me back within the hour and said he would be here the next day to give me an estimate. I was shocked that he called back so quickly and showed up when he said he would. I have had a heck of a time getting people out to fix things in my home. He gave a me what I thought was a very fair price and we set a time. He came over with a helper and they set to work. The job was done efficiently, cleanly and perfect.1 screen door was replaced, 1 had rollers replaced and the slider was taken out of the frame, repaired and replaced. Did I mention it is a 200 lb. wood slider?  I am absolutly thrilled with Ryan's professional presentation and completion of my job. He was clean, polite and smiled.
